ACMI
2006 Contemporary Commonwealth Website
An exhibition of contemporary art presented by the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) showcased groundbreaking work by artists from the Commonwealth to coincide with the Melbourne Commonwealth Games.
The site promoted the exhibition and now provides an enduring record of it.
Working closely with ACMI, Lemonade developed a site that was informative and engaging to effectively showcase the artists work. An interactive Flash component provides an overview of the participating nations.
The end result was a clean, creative solution combined with a simple and easy to navigate architecture that was very well received by the NGV, ACMI and the audience it sought to attract to the exhibition.
